Najarra Townsend

Najarra was only three years old at the time she knew what she was looking for in her life. The young model began to perform in stage productions within her community. Throughout her childhood and teen years, Najarra was deeply involved with both theatre and musical productions. Ten years ago, she made her big screen debut co-starring in the film "Menace". Najarra won international recognition due to her performance in the Sundance and Cannes Award-winning "Me as well as You and Everyone We Know" in 2005. Najarra played the main character in a number of films, including "Tru loved", 'Marin Blue" and "Betty I Am". "Contracted," an IFC Midnight horror smash "Contracted" offered a new side to the actress. Najarra wants to dedicate her time to activities which she is passionate about and encourages her.
