With the enthusiasm and energy of a teen and the wisdom of an sage, Marilu Henner is today's best female model who does everything! She is an author as well as a health and fitness expert, talk show host and producer. A director and dancer. Comedian and model. And most importantly the wife and mother! After her parents passed away in their 50's-her mother due to arthritis complications and her father due to an attack on his heart--she realized she needed to take charge over her own health, so that the same fate did befall her. It was not about dieting but about health and finding a way to live which maximized how our bodies were meant to function.
